| Looking from the slopes of the Ore Mountains into the valley in which Glashütte is nestled, an observer can see the landmark production building in which Lange masterpieces are once again crafted. |

Directly after Germany's reunification, it was very difficult to find premises that were suitable for precision watchmaking operations. At that time, it was not possible to return to Lange's original family domain. Fortunately, the former production facility of Strasser & Rohde, a maker of precision pendulum clocks, became available at the right time. It was christened "Lange I". In 1998, the second production building, "Lange II", was inaugurated almost next door. |

Finally, in 2000, the company succeeded in buying the original Lange domain back from the community of Glashütte. Since then, Lange timepieces are again being crafted in the very same house where the famous "A. Lange & Söhne" pocket watches were once created. |

The Technology and Development Centre, the first new building constructed by Lange, was inaugurated on 22 October 2003. This is where the ideas for tomorrow's Lange watches are born, refined, and transformed into reality. |
